Welcome to Workplace Consensus

I am an experienced City solicitor and former Jersey Employment Judge, and now focuse on helping employers and employees resolve workplace issues before they escalate into tribunal proceedings.

I work closely with employers and their workforces to reduce the risk of disputes through bespoke, practical training that reflects the realities of day-to-day working life.

When challenges do arise, I provide a calm, supportive and confidential mediation process that helps colleagues have constructive conversations, rebuild trust where possible, and find sensible solutions that allow everyone to move forward without the stress, cost, and disruption of litigation.
